Dr. Connie Brooks-Fernandez is Medical Director and Owner of Allure Aesthetics and Medical Spa, PLLC.
She completed her undergraduate degree at Western Carolina University, and later received her Master of Public Health (MPH) at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Dr. Brooks-Fernandez received her Medical Degree at East Carolina School of Medicine.

I’m Brandon, a proud Lumbee Native American and nurse practitioner. I graduated from Frontier Nursing University in 2023, following six years of experience in cardiology.
My journey has led me to combine my clinical expertise with a passion for aesthetics, where I am dedicated to helping patients feel confident and empowered.I’m excited joining the team at Allure Aesthetics and Medical Spa in North Carolina, focusing on delivering personalized, high-quality care.
I prioritize patient education, believing that informed patients are empowered to make the best decisions for their well-being. My approach emphasizes collaboration and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring each patient feels comfortable and supported throughout their aesthetic journey.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Jackee, playing with our dog Jasper, attending church, and traveling with my wife.
As I embark on this new chapter, I am excited to continue making a positive impact in the lives of my patients and in the evolving field of aesthetics.
